Mrs. Deloris Lyn has served Maggotty High School from 1974 in various capacities. She was a teacher firstly of Physical Education and Science, then of Visual Arts for four years, and then back to Science. She also acted in the Vice-principal position more once and has given invaluable support as a member of the Timetable committee.

Her quiet disposition, sweetness of conversation, warmth, conscientiousness and philanthropic style has made an indelible mark on both students and teachers at Maggotty High. Her excellent interpersonal skills and respect shown to all cannot go unnoticed.

The Maggotty High School salutes Mrs. Lyn for her long and outstanding service. We wish her well as she approach retirement. We proudly declare that her service to this institution epitomizes the true qualities of a teacher extraordinaire. We will greatly miss her. She has done us proud. Well done!

Mr. Erwin Morgan is a past student of Maggotty High. He graduated in 1973 and later returned to serve as a teacher of Agriculture Science and Social Studies in 2000. Under his stewardship Maggotty High has earned excellent passes in Agriculture Science at the CSEC examination level. He has also received recognition for teaching the Top Student in Agriculture Science for Jamaica for CSEC. That student is presently a Teacher at Maggotty High.

Mr. Morgan is an excellent teacher who has gone beyond the call of duty on many occasions to ensure that excellence is achieved. We wish him well as he enters retirement. Well done!
